RAAVANA'S MANDODHARI

As the Glamor doll Nayanthara refused the offer of being "mandodhari" in the Mani Ratnam's film "Raavan", The director is trying to find a best actor for that role. Mani Ratnam is eying towards Reema Sen to suit into the "Mandodhari" character, but she was busy with Selvaragavan's "Aayirathil Oruvan" patch works. So, Suhasini Mani Ratnam has approached Selvaragavan directly to hire Reema Sen for 10 days.

Selvaragavan's "Aayirathil Oruvan" starring Karthik( "Paruthiveeran" fame) are topping in the charts, so it increased the expectation of the film. This is Karthik's second film and his fans are awaiting for the release. But the film is still undergoing Visual effects so it will take a time to hit the screens. As a treat to his fans before the release of "Aayirathil Oruvan", Karthik's next project "Paiyaa" directed by Lingusamy, is complete, and the film will be released before "Aayirathil Oruvan". "Paiyaa" is an action film, and has Tammanah as heroine.
